Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Package Securely

  Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all protective inserts, hardware, and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a carrier to transport the package back to our warehouse; we recommend using a trackable service with insurance.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned piece to confirm it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
